Our maximum liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the past twelve months, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Welt, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lucknow, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lucknow, conducted in English, in accordance with the rules of the --.
